The emotional aspect of Religious Education is a subject that needs to be examined. Because the human relationship with religion is not only cognitive but also affective. Religious worship is not sincere if it is done only with action without emotion. The importance of worship benefits people when it is done with sincere, sincere feelings. There are reasons that show the importance of the affective dimension. We can cite the emotional nature of religion, the fact that human beings are emotional beings, and the fact that there are affective goals among the achievements of education. The author's aim in this study is to address the place of the affective dimension in religious education, to explain why the emotional dimension should be given importance in education, and to show us the possibilities and limitations of the emotional dimension as well as the limitations and possibilities of the rational aspect of human beings. The author has contributed to the field of Religious Education by emphasizing that the emotional dimension is also important and by answering the question of how the affective dimension can be better developed. In the book, which consists of two parts, the emotional aspect of Religious Education is discussed and the affective objectives of Religious Education programs are examined. In the first part, the subject of human being as an emotional being and religious emotion, and in the second part, the subject of the affective dimension of Religious Education is covered. As a result, the author, who gives readers a different perspective, has emphasized the importance of the emotional dimension in the field of Religious Education and contributed to the field by examining the issue of determining and evaluating affective goals and offering solutions. We are of the opinion that the author has achieved the goal he wanted the readers to gain through examples, definitions and explanations. The author has attracted the attention of the readers with his questions, examples, definitions and explanations. The author has brought a new dimension to the mentioned field. When the book is considered in terms of language features, the language is simple and suitable for the target audience. The subject to be explained is explained to the readers in a beautiful language. It is written in academic style and understandable words are used in folk language.
